HEART DISEASE....we all know someone who has been affected by this...those we have loved and lost.

 

HEARTSTRINGS INTO INFINITY stands for just that ...it means we have those we have loved and lost to heart disease  but we will always be connected to them though our heartstrings, into infinity,

 

I lost my father to heart disease.  I would have done anything to save him.  

I myself also have heart disease...at the age of 55 I underwent open hear surgery for a blockage in the LAD (*aka Widowmaker ) and to repain an AAA, and anneurysm near my heart.  I was healthy, ate well and exercised...I had none of the risk factors,,,except genetics.  WE ALL have to take care of our heart health.  This walk raises money that stays locally to conduct research to develop new ways to treat the disease and save lives.  

 

It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
