On November 30, 2025 I went into Cardiac Arrest. If it wasn't for the quick thinking of my wife, Karen, I would not be here today. I actually was dead for 6 minutes but luckily the EMT's were able to bring me back. It's been a long road since. Heart disease runs in our family. My Sister and I lost our Father to a Heart attack. My MIL had a heart attack and very fortunate to be here today. We walk not only to honor our family but all families that have been touched by Heart Disease.
