The photo above is of my father, who passed away in 2014, after a long history of heart disease and events...heart attack at age 57, aneurysms at 67, and he passed away from congestive heart failure at age 78. With that history I think a lot about heart health and I try to do and support actions that improve heart disease awareness and prevention. That's why I walk and support the amazing work of the American Heart Association.
