It's unbelievable what has occurred the past 2 years which we never would have thought possible as 2020 began! Covid-19 and the variants have effected so many people around the world and especially many of us as we become older and/or are afflicted with compromised health conditions. Our lives have changed forever!
During the past 24 months, myself along with numerous friends of mine were hospitalized and received cardiovascular procedures and care. We all like to believe this would never happen to us! We try to do all the right things however, sometimes we need a little help from our friends in the medical profession!
Fortunately, there has been a great deal accomplished during the past decade to extend the lives of so many of our family members, friends, and us too! The money we have all donated and raised so generously has been such a benefit to our life expectancy! Many of us have lost loved ones to cardiovascular disease however, today we know of so many friends and relatives who are alive because of the work done by the American Heart Association! “We are Making a Difference!”
2022 is another new year and we can't let our guard down. So much of today's cardiovascular disease is preventable if we are willing to follow a few simple guidelines:
"Exercise, Good Nutrition, Education, and Not Smoking or Vaping"!
For more than 9 years I have been raising funds for this great cause and helping to save and extend the lives of those we love! Our "2022 America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk" is set to be held on May 7, 2022 with many fun events leading up to that day!
I hope you will once again show your generosity by donating to my fundraising for this life saving mission! All proceeds go to support this incredibly worthy cause..........Fighting Heart Disease and Stroke! Please remember, all medical breakthroughs, which result in new surgical procedures and medications, are benefiting individuals in every locale across the country!
