I’m not just walking, I'm heartwalking. This is my 4th consecutive year of participating in the Heart Walk. Each year I'm reminded of how precious life is and now that we have our own little family it's even more precious. We walk in memory of Charlie's Aunt Tami who passed away due to complications from cardiomyopathy. Charlie's other Aunt, Aunt Pat, is a heart transplant survivor and walks with us in honor of her dear sister who we miss every day. #TeamTami
