Meredith Price photoI support the American Heart Association because the mission is clear – to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. Who wouldn’t want that? Imagine a world where everyone, everywhere had the opportunity to be healthy? That not only means getting enough exercise and enough healthy foods to eat, but having equitable access to the care you need, having the ability to manage stress and to feel empowered enough to ACT and perform bystander CPR in a time of crisis! That’s a world I believe in. And that’s a world I’m fighting for.

Unfortunately, the path to be Healthy for Good, is met with several hurdles and obstacles for many of our area residents. Access to the very things that are essential to being healthy are limited and scarce in certain segments of our community. Fighting for ALL means just that. ALL should have the opportunity to live longer, healthier lives. And by supporting the American Heart Association, I know I am doing my part, to create a heart healthy community accessible to everyone. Will you join me?
