As a mom I was so distressed about how this heart condition would affect my son Will. Knowing how he enjoyed being active playing sports. His hopes and dreams to become a professional baseball player were within reach, he was well on his way. The news was devastating for a young man to cope with. I would have talks with him to possibly use his passion and channel it as a sports commentator. Will was well versed with knowledge in all sports.
At four years old he was reading the sports section of the Daily News before opening a children’s book. To this day on his drives to business events I call him with the hardest trivia questions I can think of and to no avail he provides swift and precise answers. I did stump him once or twice, after all, no one is perfect!
Will was strong willed and wise minded in the decision to choose his path in business nevertheless channeled the same passion and dedication to become fully immersed in success.
It is in Will’s nature to help others. I am asking for help in raising donations for future research in heart disease. My son and granddaughter Callie are known for their incredible, vibrant, and loving hearts and we thank you for your support.
