The Heart Walk is a time of celebration, joy, and inspiration. We would love for you to join us in celebrating Kinlee and her miracle heart!
We learned about Kinlee's left ventricular aneurysm prenatally, thanks to the maternal fetal medicine and cardiac teams at Geisinger and CHOP. Because of them, we were able to not only prepare for her arrival but also develop a plan of action for this rare congenital heart defect. Kinlee continues to astound cardiologists with her heart's resilience in pumping blood to her body, despite the large aneurysm attached to it. We want to continue supporting research to treat all congenital heart defects.
