It's unbelievable what has been accomplished during the past decade to extend the lives of so many of our family members and friends! The money we have all donated and raised so generously has been such a benefit to our life expectancy! Many of us have lost loved ones to cardiovascular disease.

Many of us have lost loved ones to cardiovascular disease however, today we know of so many friends and relatives who are alive because of the work done by the American Heart Association! “We are Making a Difference!”
2025 is another new year and we can't let our guard down. So much of today's cardiovascular disease is preventable if we are willing to follow a few simple guidelines:
"Exercise, Good Nutrition, Education, and Not Smoking or Vaping"!
For more than 20 years I have been raising funds for this great cause and helping to save and extend the lives of those we love! Our "2025 America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk" is set to be held on March 8, 2025 with many fun events leading up to that day!
