In 2012 my father Michael Freda was diagnosed with Advanced Congestive Heart Failure and was given only 6 months left to live.  With hope and a few amazing nurses and doctors he was given a second chance at life and had an LVAD implated extending his life by 6 more years.  In 2018 he passed away losing his battle with CHF, with your help we can fight to make a difference in fighting this desease that effects so many lives on a daily basis.  Any help you can provide woulf be greatly appreciated.  If you knew my father, youd know that he would help you in any way he could, i ask that you help make a difference in his name!
