My brothers and I created the team Running4JRZ, to honor my father who had multiple heart surgeries and passed away in October 2018 due to a stroke. 

American Heart Association’s mission means a lot to my family. AHA is constantly working towards bringing awareness about heart disease and finding ways to prevent it so families will not have to experience what we went through.

Our dad is not physically with us but I know he's watching over us and carrying us through these miles.
