Heart disease is still the no. 1 killer and stroke ranks no. 5 in our nation.  You could do something to help change that.

We are walking together - for my Dad and the Heart Disease that runs in his family.  For my Poppie, Auntie Carol {Mina}and Cousin Scott.

Losing Daddy unexpectedly on January 27, 2015, was the worse day of our lives as a family.  Losing a Son, Brother, Friend, Husband, Dad, and Papa was completely sobering.

I don't know why it has taken me 8 whole years to organize this walk but better late than never.  I hope to do this walk each year going forward.

Help my family be a supporter of critical research.  Helping countless families like mine....
