To our valued patients, providers, family, friends, and community members,

Team Cardiac Rehab is back at it again!  We sucessfully raised $24,779.34 last year and are looking forward to walking together this year with hopes of achieveing our $30,000 goal. 

Our team of nurses, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, physicians, dieticians, pharmacists, behavioral psychologists, and secretaries are fully committed to supporting the American Heart Association's mission as it closely aligns with our own.  We provide medically supervised and individualized exercise programming in addition to counseling on behavioral modification to assist patients in sucessfully reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors for the prevention of secondary cardiac events.

Please consider joining our team or making a contribution today to help directly support and fund the AHA in their effort to produce science-based information, health resources, community programs, and patient support across for all greater Providence area residents.
