On December 1st, 2023, I lost my dad - Odisson Ineus - suddenly and unexpectedly to heart disease. It was a loss that shook our family deeply, and with the holidays just around the corner, it’s been a challenging time for all of us. My dad was more than just a father; he was my mentor, my constant source of unconditional love, my biggest fan, and my inspiration. He was a hard worker, a man who lived with integrity, compassion, and a quiet strength that I admired every day.

This fundraiser is in honor of his life, his legacy, and the love he had for his family and community. My goal is to raise awareness about heart disease and help prevent other families from experiencing the kind of heartbreak we did. Heart disease, particularly in minority communities, is often not given the attention and preventive care it needs. At Odisson's Heart, we aim to provide our communities with information, resources, and hope so that fewer families are impacted by this devastating disease.
