My name is Jordann and I am a CHD, congenitial heart defect, survivor. I was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot at birth and since then I have had two open heart surgeries and one angioplasty "Balloon" surgery. I have been walking in the Heart Walk since before I was even old enough to walk. This organization and walk means so much to me and I am grateful to be apart of this community. I am asking for any donations anyone is able to make to help support this cause and research for heart disease. Thank you for supporting not only me but everyone surviving heart disease.
