Heart disease is still the no. 1 killer of women, and many African American women are unaware of the statistics or risk.

These are some of the reasons we are committed to show support to the AHA by walking, donating, and spreading awareness.

As a family we have prioritized heart health in the face of genetic risk factors. This means staying educated and keeping healthy habits. Our prevention includes mindful eating, exercising together, being vocal nonsmokers, and making fun a priority.

We invite you to walk with us, learn with us, laugh with us, and be a part of the necessary work the AHA is doing. The Girl has jokes and antics ready for you!
