Honoring the Legacy of Gwen Bell: A Heart Full of Love

In 2023, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. My beloved mother, Gwen “GB”, transitioned unexpectedly after suffering from a myocardial infarction “heart attack”. She was the matriarch of our family, the glue that held us all together, and the heart of our home.

GB was more than just a mother; she was a guiding light and a beacon of love for everyone she met. With a heart of gold, she embraced every person she encountered with kindness, generosity, and an unwavering willingness to help. Whether it was a shoulder to lean on, a warm meal, or simply a listening ear, GB was always there, embodying the true essence of selflessness and compassion.

In honor of her incredible spirit and in memory of the love she gave so freely, we are participating in the American Heart Association Walk as GB’s Heart & Sole Steppers. Our goal is to raise awareness about heart health and support the vital work of the American Heart Association in preventing heart disease and saving lives.
