I am forever grateful for the time I have with my parents. My mom's journey as a heart patient has not been easy but the time we've been given together as a family since her first surgery in the early 80s has been a true God-send. And she is doing great! This photo (above) was from a recent trip together to the Baltic...creating memories like these is why I do what I do.
I not only work for the AHA to help more families have more time together, but I fund-raise as well.
