My name is Trinity and I am a fierce Heart Warrior! I am 14 years old and have had 2 open heart surgeries. I have been blessed with an awesome family who help me with any challenges I face and I have also been able to take advantage of programs that support people who are in similar situations. My dad and his team, The Clean of Hearts, are raising money to continue the efforts of the American Heart Association to provide services and resources for those who need it. They are saving lives!
