My name is Jacqueline Gilmore-Jackso and my life has been directly affected by heart disease.  My parents, Clarence and Betty, and my only brother William, all died from complications due to heart disease.  Heart disease is the number one killer worldwide!  Let's support the American Heart Association to change these statistics!
