The last year has come with many great moments and many heart breaking ones. 

I would like to invite anyone who can or wants to to be a part of The Heart Walk! 

As most of you know Rich Griffith passed  away this year as a result of a long term battle with multiple heart issues. He was a pillar of our family and a very loved person in our circle. 

Rich was diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and had multiple heart attacks, alongside heart disease, MI, Mitral valve regurgitation and many other diagnoses. 

He never worried about himself but everyone else around him. Giving what he could to the people who needed it and never expected anything in return. This is our chance as the TROPONIN TRIBE to try to give to the heart ache community in his honor. 

Donate, Walk, Pray and inspire others to be the ones to support life changing research not only in memories of the ones who didn't make it but for the survivors. Maybe one day yourself, loved ones and strangers.

Heart disease is still the no. 1 killer and stroke ranks no. 5 in our nation.
