Hey, y'all! The American Heart Association CSRA Heart Walk is Friday, March 28, 2025. I am late in joining this year, but I have been fundraising all year with my friend, Pat's hand knitted 100% cotton dish/wash cloths and all sold for a total donation of $234.50. Thank you, Pat!!
I'll walk on my own due to being out of town for the day of the event. In the meantime, I continue to fundraise.

I find that I benefit greatly in my work as a Neuro Nurse from the education and protocols that have saved and/or improved lives in the area of strokes.
I know several friends and family that have benefitted from protocols and education in the area of heart attacks and heart disease. I am so grateful for those who survived and are thriving!
