I walk to honor the memory of my uncle, Geoff Williams, who passed away suddenly on Father’s Day in 2024 due to a heart attack. He was an incredible father, husband, and uncle who profoundly impacted my life.
Uncle Geoff set me on my path to NC State and shared with me his passion as an avid Wolfpack fan. Walking is my way of celebrating his life, keeping his spirit alive, and raising awareness in hopes of preventing others from experiencing such a sudden loss.
