On 09/17/25 my office had a trainer with AHA come teach us how to do Hands-Only CPR and how to use an AED.
One statistic we learned is that 9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this. ?
