Walking alongside my communities in Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Charlotte has always felt personal, but in September for my 5th Heart Walk my why will be walking too. In April, my mom suffered a heart attack and luckily was able to identify her symptoms and call 911.
I have always been passionate about our mission, but now I can say it’s the reason I can still talk to my mom everyday. Our national impact isn't just in research and medical breakthroughs, but all the way down into our communities where we are educating people, like my mom, to identify heart attack symptoms that could save their life.
Whether you have learned the signs of stroke, heart attack, or how to save a life with Hands-Only CPR you are helping to put our mission into action!
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
I Walk to Save Lives. Help me reach my goal today.
