I was born with Tricuspid Atresia, HRHS, a rare single ventricle heart defect. By age 3, I had undergone three open-heart surgeries, the last being the Fontan procedure, which allowed my heart to function with just one working ventricle.
Thanks to this surgery and incredible medical care, I?ve been blessed with 26 healthy years. However, the long-term future for Fontan patients remains uncertain, as the procedure has only been around for about 60 years. With your support, continued fundraising can fuel lifesaving cardiovascular research and medical advancements; giving myself and others the chance to live longer, healthier lives.
Your support means everything. I Walk to Save Lives, you can too!
Thank you for being apart of my journey. ?
