Cardiac arrest is sudden. It's silent. And for too many Black women, it's deadly. Black women are significantly underdiagnosed, undertreated, and underrepresented in heart health research — and it’s costing lives.
That’s why I’m walking. For the mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends who are too often unheard and unseen in the fight against heart disease and sudden cardiac arrest. I’m walking to raise awareness, amplify research, and help provide life-saving resources to communities that need them most.
Every step I take honors a Black woman who deserves better — better care, better access, and a better chance. But I can’t do it alone.
Please consider donating today. Your support helps fund education, early detection programs, CPR training, and critical research focused specifically on the unique risks and needs of Black women.
Walk with me. Stand with her. Let’s change the future — one heartbeat at a time.
