Presley?s Journey
Presley was born on December 15, 2023, at Wellington Regional Medical Center. Before we brought her home, she had an echocardiogram that revealed?unknown to us at the time?that she had congenital heart disease. She was quickly transferred to Nicklaus Children?s Hospital, where she began the fight of her life.

Since then, Presley has undergone two open-heart surgeries and multiple gastrointestinal and hernia surgeries. Today, she is almost two years old and thriving!

We are endlessly grateful for the incredible doctors, nurses, and researchers whose knowledge and dedication?supported by organizations like the AMA?have given Presley the chance to live, grow, and shine. We can?t imagine where she would be today without them.
