Hi everyone,
Over the years, I’ve participated in the Heart Walk because heart disease is a cause very close to me—my grandfather passed away from a heart attack. Many of us are connected to heart disease and stroke, and the walk is a reminder on how much more we need to do to change that.
With every step I take this year, I’m contributing to life-saving research and helping to create longer, healthier lives. Your support will fund groundbreaking research that keeps hearts beating and helps more families stay together.
As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the American Heart Association, I’m asking you to join me in this important mission. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference.
Together, we can create a future free from heart disease and stroke.
Jess
