I was diagnosed with tachycardia at the age of forty-seven.  At forty-eight I had my first ablation and at fifty I was diagnosed with A-fib.  I am scheduled to have a second ablation in a week and hope it successfully gets my heart back to a normal rhythm.  These life-changing events made me realize how truly precious my health is.  When I heard that AHA was having a Heart Walk in my city, I didn't hesitate to sign up.  If anyone would like to join my team and walk with me to raise money for this worthy cause, I welcome it.  Together we can help raise money and awareness on the importance of a healthy heart.
