Hey Family and Friends!

I'm a little late getting started, but the Birmingham Heart Walk is happening on March 14, 2026, and I'm so excited to once again be a part of this meaningful event.

As many of you know, I walk in loving memory of my amazing mom, Rhonda, and my wonderful grandma, Estella. Heart disease has touched my family personally, just like it has so many of yours - and that's exactly why this walk matters so much to me.

The Heart Walk is all about raising awareness and funds to support the lifesaving work of the American Heart Association - from groundbreaking research to education that helps people live longer, healthier lives.

I'm asking you to consider supporting this cause with a $30 donation. It may feel small, but together those dollars make a BIG impact for hearts everywhere.
