As the owner and lead instructor of a CPR training company, I’ve made it my mission to help everyday people feel confident stepping in during a cardiac emergency. Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere at home, at work, or in our communities and too often, help doesn’t come soon enough.

Through my work, I see the impact that education and preparation can have. When someone knows CPR, they’re no longer just a bystander they become a potential lifesaver. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting the American Heart Association and the Birmingham Heart Walk.

Every dollar raised helps expand lifesaving education, fund critical research, and improve survival from cardiac arrest and stroke. Together, we can build a community that is ready to act when seconds matter most.
