Mark and I share a passion for exercise and healthy living. This plays out in our personal lives but also in our professional lives.
Mark leads a wonderful cardiac rehab program. They do a great job helping people who have experienced cardiac events (think heart attacks, stents, etc) get back to a quality of life they can enjoy.
I work to help people prevent a cardiac event by encouraging and supporting employees on their wellbeing journey. Our dinner conversations can range from the latest national statistics of obesity to behavior change to blood pressure guidlines and research. :)
We strongly believe in the power of exercise, proper nutrition, stress management, tobacco cessation and quality sleep and the impact that has on someone's health. We have been supporters of the American Heart Association for many years and appreciate and value their efforts through research and edcuation to reduce the incidence of heart disease.
