Watching him navigate those challenges made me realize how important it is for all of us to be prepared—because you never know when knowledge and quick action can make all the difference.

As a football coach, I carry that lesson with me every day. I’m CPR certified, not just because it’s a requirement, but because I’ve seen firsthand how fragile life can be. On a football field, in the stands, or anywhere in our daily lives, CPR can truly save a life.
