The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of movement each week—and for us, that happens naturally when you love what you do. Moving to music, surrounded by supportive people, isn’t just exercise—it’s joy, strength, and stress relief all in one.
But we know heart health goes beyond the studio.
That’s why our Jazzercise community is coming together for the Heart Walk—to raise awareness, support lifesaving research, and help more people learn CPR. Because the truth is, most people who suffer cardiac arrest outside of a hospital don’t survive—often because help doesn’t come soon enough.
We believe we can change that.
