My name is Dylan and I am 15 years old. My parents were told I would have a severe heart condition before I was born. I have Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome and several other heart defects. I've had 4 open heart surgeries and survived 2 strokes. I am attending St. Paul’s High School and working hard to overcome the effects of the strokes.

Dylan's Team is joining the Northshore Heart Walk to promote fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. And we want to raise research funds for 'heart-kids' like me.
