2026 Northshore Heart Walk
Hearts of Emery
Emery Catherine Bordelon
May 20, 2019 - May 26, 2019
Emery was prenatally diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) at 20 weeks gestation. HLHS is a congenital heart defect in which the left side of the heart does not form correctly. She was then diagnosed with Turner Syndrome, making the length of time we would have with her unknown.
However, the Lord blessed us with the most beautiful six days with Emery, days we will cherish forever.
During Emery's brief time on this earth, she touched the lives of so many people, and she continues to do so to this day. Emery received more love in those six days than some experience in a lifetime.
We will continue to walk in Emery's memory, carrying on her legacy as we strive to change lives and help find a cure, creating a world free of heart disease.
Help us honor Emery by supporting the fight against congenital heart disease.
Forever in our hearts
