Welcome Heart Strong 5K Community Team

The Heart Strong 5K Community Team is proud to come together at Talon Preserve for our very own Heart Walk on February 7th at 9:00 a.m. 

This is seperate from the Suncoast Heart Walk on Feb.21st at Nathan Benderson.

This walk is about community, connection, and showing up for heart health—one step at a time.

A quick heads-up: it’ll be chilly that morning, so plan accordingly. Bring your warm layers, maybe some hot cocoa, and if you’re feeling generous, decaf coffee (heart-healthy 😉) is always welcome.

We’re grateful to walk alongside you and can’t wait to see everyone out there. Thanks for being part of this community and for showing your heart.
