I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and Cardio Myopathy in October 2022. No warning, lots of signs that I didn't know about and my world froze when I heard the words that I was days from dying. Knowing what I know now would have gotten me to the doctor way earlier then! In my journey I remind each of you to make sure you follow up with doctors, take care of the signs, and listen to your bodies! My journey is not over... it just looks a little different than it did before... but I am proud that my heart is still beating!
