Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!

My husband Chris was affected with heart disease in his early 50s.  His heart disease was known as the "Widow Maker".   Chris is one of the lucky ones.  Through Cardiovascular interventions, yearly testing, a consistent medicine regimen and a non-sedintary lifestyle he has managed his disease really well.   Many of our friends have supported us in the Health Walk Campaign over the years and we are so grateful for your suppport.  It's likely everyone knows someone impacted by heart disease.  Chris could still be at a crossroad again in his life so it's important to him and my family to participate in the American Heart Walk campaign every year.  My team at work is raising money so patients like Chris can get the latest and greatest cure for a disease he didn't choose.
