My Why!
In 2018, I lost my aunt to a heart attack — suddenly, without warning. No goodbyes. Just gone.
That loss changed me. It made me look at my own health, my habits, my heart — and ask hard questions I had never thought to ask before. And the more I paid attention, the more I realized I wasn't alone. Friends, colleagues, people I love — so many of us carry a story just like mine.
That's why I'm raising funds for the American Heart Association. Because heart disease doesn't just take lives — it leaves behind families forever changed by the empty chair at the table.
No donation is too small. Every dollar goes toward research, education, and life-saving awareness that could make the difference for someone's aunt, father, sister, or friend.
