There is no age limit for people struggling with heart disease. The little girl in this photo is my granddaughter and the light of my life! Unfortunately, she has a heart condition that will require open heart surgery in the near future. We're fortunate that her condition was caught and diagnosed early. Through the help of research and an excellent cardiology team, we are confident that she will be okay. 

There are other forms of heart disease and problems that are critical and in need of attention and awareness. It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
