In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
Laila was born with a congenital heart defect. Through her first few years of life she has already taught me that a heartbeat can be small and still be incredibly powerful.
She has taught me that miracles can look like ordinary days. That progress can come one breath, one procedure, one prayer, and one heartbeat at a time. And she has shown me that sometimes the greatest strength comes in the smallest packages.
I am so grateful to the American Heart Association for funding vital research that allows for early detection of heart disease and establishes clinical guidelines for medical care for our dear Laila.
Laila will continue fighting because she has a story to tell and a God to glorify. Our faith walk isn't over yet. Our story isn't over yet, because God says so.
Thank you for being part of Laila's village and for helping give children like her a chance to keep writing their stories. Every donation, every share, every prayer, and every act of kindness
matters more than you know.
For Laila. For every little heart. For hope.
Help me reach my goal today!
