Life is Why!
Join me in supporting the American Heart Association!
Hello, It is Heart Walk time again. Thanks to everyone for the most generous support last year and the years before.
I have retired from Corning now but still feel strongly about supporting AHA. I hear often that my team looks forward to supporting the cause and many have personal stories of the great work the AHA has accomplished and some have personally benefitted from the the advancements in treatment.
Once again this year I will walk in memory of My Mom (Geneva), Dad (Gerald), my Father in law (Rudy Amati) and my Brother (Dan) all who died from heart disease.
This year I was able to undergo some very great testing. My PCP thought he heard "something" so I did all the tests they wated to do. Pretty amzing testing!!! Fortunaltely all test were in normal ranges. Good to know this testing is availble.
This year will be held on Saturday October 24 Walk will be held at UNCW campus starting at 0900.
Always a great time. Plese come out if you can.
Thanks in advance for your support!!!
