As a mother of two young children, I want to be prepared if that moment ever comes.

As the proud sister of a Critical Care Unit cardiac (CCU) nurse, I've also seen the difference that knowledge, training, and quick action can make when lives are on the line.

That's why I'm part of the Live Oak Bank Heart Walk Team and supporting the American Heart Association's mission to improve heart health, expand CPR education, and fund lifesaving research.
