Team TMO Let’s Go!

It’s that time of year again for the 2026 American Heart Walk September 27, 1:00 pm at Geodis Park.

We all have a special connection with someone with cardiovascular disease, or perhaps you want to walk for your own health.

Our department has some new social workers and case managers, and this is a great way to get to know each other while meeting new friends. Nothing unites us more than coming together, having fun, and raising money while saving lives in the process.

Your donation will fund groundbreaking research that literally keeps hearts beating and helps people have longer, healthier lives. Team TMO Let’s Go and please consider walking on or donating to save lives!
