I walk for my mom, Anne Marie.
She's my best friend, my biggest supporter, the one I call when I need anything and one of the most important people in my life. She has always been there for me, and now it's my turn to be there for her.
After watching her battle heart disease and survive multiple heart attacks, this cause has become deeply personal to me. She lost her own father to a heart attack when she was only 14.
I walk because I want more time with my mom. More conversations, more laughs, more memories and more years together. She means more to me than I could put into words, she is my reason why.
