I’m joining the 2026 American Heart Association Heart Walk in memory of my father, who experienced a series of strokes that significantly impacted and eventually took his life.

Stroke changed his life in an instant — and it changed mine forever.

This walk isn’t just about heart health. It’s about brain health. Stroke can happen to anyone, at any time. Knowing the signs F.A.S.T. can save a life: F – Face drooping A – Arm weakness S – Speech difficulty T – Time to call 911
