My paternal grandfather passed away at the young age of 49 of a massive heart attack, contributed by long term uncontrolled blood pressure.  My father has dealt with high blood pressure most of his adult life and recently had a successful aortic heart valve replacement.  Imagine my surprise that I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of 19.  This cause if personal to me.
