When Mark had the small stroke in May 2017, we didn't make the necessary changes to our lifestyle. When he had the heart attack in July 2018, it was a major punch in the gut. We knew we had to make changes that we were committed to staying with for the long haul. As you can see from the photo, we had the joy of celebrating our daughter’s wedding together which would not have been possible without Mark’s survival!
